New User's Manual URL

Just a quick heads up - the user's manual has been merged into this primary documentation site (look in the left sidebar for "User's Manual").
A little history, the reason we had to have two different support websites, one for installation instructions and one for the user's manual, is that Readme.io did not previously allow nested pages, which limited our options to convey information in a way that was detailed enough for nerds, but not so overwhelming as to confuse end-users.
Since the latest version of Readme.io now supports a nested side navigation, we were able to merge both of these sites together, which will make maintaining the documentation for both in between version changes much easier.
